Stephanie Heneghan puts her medals on the table in this week's belated edition of The Rider. She went to Dublin, loved the people, did the business and returns a hero.

On this show she is joined by John Gibbons, Adam Melia and Neil Atkinson. Adam's climbed a hill as well.

Neil interviewed the artist and DJ Jeffrey Hinton at the fantastic exhibition Creative Rage and he talks to us about his filmmaking techniques. Creative Rage is at The Gallery on Stanhope St in Liverpool.
