0000012A 00000151 00002890 Having just finished the series Avatar: The Last Airbender, I decided to reward myself with the live action adaptation, The Last Airbender. And wow. What a time it was. I almost feel guilty speaking so passionately considering I am only a new fan to the series, but this was quite a lot to take. M Night Shyamalan is an absolute marvel, so whatever happened that made this movie tank so hard is difficult to process. But we certainly do the best we can to try and break down exactly what happened here to make this one of the worst adaptations of all time. Frustrating is an unfortunate understatement for this film. But on the plus side, the series is still a wonderful pinnacle of television, so you’ll always have something to cleanse your pallet.
