Brigadier Genral Dr. Tarif Bader: IDF's Surgeon General 2017-2020

Our guest today is the eminent former Israel Defense Forces' Surgeon General from 2017-2020, Brigadier General Dr. Tarif Bader.

Dr. Bader has risen to the top of Israeli medical society from the Druse community.

He also guided the IDF's humanitarian mission taking care of Syria's injured in their long-running civil war and healed the sick and wounded in Nepal, Haiti and Turkey supervising the setup of field hospitals in those disaster areas.

Dr. Bader made this presentation in March 2022 in front of 30 active members of the US Army ranked from Major to Colonel, who toured Israel for a 10-day deep dive into Israeli life as part of the MirYam Institute's I-SAP Tour for North American soldiers.
