In our very first meeting, we connected over the shared loss of our grandparents to dementia and since then we have dedicated our lives to combating neurodegenerative diseases. This put us on-the-ground in communities around the nation. We saw family after family suffering from the tragedies of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and cognitive decline. This is when our life's purpose took shape, and it was to share this simple, but powerful, piece of information: cognitive decline is preventable and you already have most of the tools you need to do so.
