The Session welcomes Drake's Brewing Company Brewmaster John Gillooly to the studio tonight to talk about their latest release, 2016 Hopocalypse. This beer has become a cult favorite among hop heads and we'll be tasting and discussing 4 variations on the beer. John is a master with barrels, as well as modern hop usage, and will walk us through techniques, tips and tricks to making these complex craft beers.
