The fellas from Fieldwork Brewing out of Berkeley, CA came by the studio to chat about what makes their beers so damn good! Head brewer Alex gave us more than a little information on brewing beers with hardly any specialty malts and how to focus those bold hop flavors that Fieldwork is known for.
