How does a cross-country bike ride in Spain lead to an 8-year journey to open a brewery in California? Well the founders of Camino Brewing Co. in San Jose, California did just that! Allen Korenstein and Nathan Poulos joined us in the studio tonight to talk about their epic journey from humble homebrew beginnings to a 10bbl setup in the South Bay. There, they brew everything from lagers to barrel-aged beers, all while keeping things approachable and fresh. Plus, they are both lawyers, so if you don't drink their beer, they will literally sue you.
