Well Christian is all grown up now with his very own brewery, Swan Brewing, in Lakeland, FL. We get to try many of their unique creations (Imperial Coffee Blonde anyone?) and learn about the long journey from homebrewer to professional brewer from one of our favorite listeners of all time.
