The Session | Toasted Barrel Brewery

Lynn Litchfield from Toasted Barrel Brewery came all the way out from Salt Lake City, Utah, to be on The Session with us. As a long-time Brewing Network Listener, he felt it was the only way to do it! Lynn is a former homebrewer/barber/concrete guy who became a commercial brewer/concrete guy/barber on the side. Some things never change, I guess. Lynn's focus is on kettle sours and mixed fermentation, with a few IPA's thrown in for good measure.
