On Episode 117 I speak to my guest Sebastian paba. The singer for Long Island Straight Edge Hardcore band "Regulate". I met up with him in Bushwick, Brooklyn to chop it up about the history of his band, what they're up to now and future plans. I had never met him before this conversation, I'm glad I did.
