This is a strange but spellbinding little story by the great Jules Verne that I think gives much food for thought. It takes quite literally the saying from scripture, "Love thy neighbor as thyself." Just for the record, Frritt-Flacc is onomatopoeia, it's supposed to be the sound that hurricane winds make.
