Debra is a licensed counselor, homeschooling mom to four, a podcaster, a speaker and an author. Today she is joining me to talk about our emotional health and thinking habits. We talk about why we need to do the work of identifying and dealing with emotions and then make changes to heal.
We also talk about toxic optimism and how the way we respond to our emotions, our situations, and even our past experiences is so important in how we parent. All of those things effect how we model and teach our kids to regulate their emotions and walk through difficult situations.
