Digital transformation has seen a number of success stories, but it’s not always clear that it followed a DevOps Days pattern. Let’s explore what works and maybe doesn’t work.

• Devs don’t want to do Ops
• Blameless Post-Mortems don’t seem to be common
• Hybrid Cloud didn’t really materialize into real applications 

BUT HOW MUCH OF IT ACTUALLY WORKED OUT?

• Do we need more top-down leadership to make it happen?
• Do we need the annoying person to keep everyone on-track? 
• Do we need more mandates declaring old technology dead?
