Since beginning of the course, we have travelled down from the breath, through the mind and now we come to meet our body.
Today we explore the mind and body connection and bring in focus on how it feels to be in your body. In the meditation we will be communicating to our body with our breath and mind as our companion. We will pay particular attention to areas of tension and tightness as a sign to see what our body is communicating to us through our Soul.
