Today I want to talk about emotional resilience and emotional EQ (emotional quotient) and why it’s more important than IQ. I felt this episode was timely for Stress Awareness Month which has been held every April since 1992 to increase public awareness about both the causes and cures for our modern stress epidemic.
I explain why your emotional health is equally as important as your physical health.
I think you will all agree that the past 12 months with this pandemic has probably caused more stress and anxiety than any other time in our lives, and even 1 year in, there is still a lot of worry and uncertainty of when life will go back to some sort of normality
