WintersWolfcry on Stories for Streaming

This week, I come at the theme from a different angle – gaming (and stories) from the POV of a game-related content creator. WintersWolfcry (Evan in the physical world) has been building community and playing games since 2018, going from talking to himself with an empty chat to the engaged and friendly community he has now. Along the way, he has played a LOT of different games in pretty much every genre, although these days, he has found a home amongst the narrative-driven and lore-heavy worlds of role-playing games. Naturally, Baldur’s Gate 3 and Starfield have kept him busy, but right now, it’s the new Angry Earth expansion for New World that is eating up his hours.

Come along as Evan and I discuss our shared addiction, building online communities, and the impact of stories in streamed games.
