Chet Zar and Mike Correll interview oil painter Gabriel W. Leonard, best known for his western themed imagery and the distorted limbs, hands, angles and postures of his subjects. Leonard discusses his career, from selling artwork on Venice Beach during his early beginnings, to the eventual mass merchandizing of print artwork, and blue chip gallery status for his original paintings. Leonard theorizes about the nature of artistry, motivations behind choosing the “art life”, and “pro tips” concerning the art trade!
