Loving the Players You Coach and What Makes a Good Rivalry with Nicole Pardue and Matt Payne

This week I was able to sit down with Nicole Pardue and Matt Payne, coaches of the Starmount High School Lady Rams Basketball Team ahead of their cross-county rivalry game with Forbush High.

We talked about what makes for a good rivalry, what to look for in tonight's game, and the legacy they want to leave behind for their program, and with their players as well.
