In episode 54 We continue our festive interviews with Sage the Goddess from Houston. She was a vendor at our holistic festive in Houston May 2022 She Explains to us how she heals the community with her healing jars. The rituals she goes through to prepare each product she offers. This leads the conversation to veer of to speak about her spiritual journey transitioning transitioning to holistic living. We talk about her natural hair journey and the decision to transition to locs. We also talk about how diet and fitness played a huge part of her holistic change. Priestess also shares a personal story on how trauma effected her relationship with the gods. Lastly, we close the episode with an update on the Sankofa program and all the revolutionary ways this program is changing the trajectory of African American families.
