EP57: How to Astral Travel Outside the Physical Body

Orelia had a Near Death Experience at the age of 10 when she was terminally ill, and her soul left her body, transcending time and space. This was her first out-of-body experience (OBE). When she came back to life, she was miraculously cured, and now she is on a mission to talk about her story and teach the world about OBEs.

She tells me about how she now travels out of her body into the astral realm confidently. There are various stations or phases of leaving the body. We all leave our bodies every night when we dream. Our dreams are just animated postcards of the long nightly adventures we go on, even if we don't remember them when we wake up.
