We had our first (failed) IUI in September and during it, my husband’s semen analysis was significantly lower than the analysis we had done pre-treatment (which was done at a different lab).
He is now undergoing more testing with a urologist including an ultrasound, a physical exam, and a repeat semen analysis. The outcome of current testing would either mean we try more IUIs or move on to IVF.”
