In this episode, Dr. Aimee is joined by Dr. John Norian. Recently, Emma wrote in to Ask The Egg Whisperer a question from Wisconsin. Here's what she had to say, "I'm 33. My husband had treatment for a brain tumor four years ago, and his sperm did not come back. Luckily before his treatment, he froze 16 vials of unwashed sperm in the UK (England), where we're from. We had it shipped to Wisconsin, where we live now. We've tried IUI and have not been successful. We're now doing IVF with only five vials left. My question is how many vials do you need for one IVF? How will we know if this sperm is sparkling without losing a vial for testing? My AMH is 1.6. My FSH is 7.3. We want two kids. I wish we had better information about IUI success and had not used so many of our frozen vials on IUI. Now we have only five vials left.
