The Breonna Taylor Case. I have discussed this case at length and more information keeps coming. The Grand Jury Decision in this case was followed by an announcement by the Attorney General of Kentucky last week. Then this week a judge ordered the recordings of the Grand Jury released as evidence in the criminal prosecution of Officer Hankison who is charged with three counts of wanton endangerment, the Attorney General of Kentucky made another statement and one of the grand jurors sought a court order to be allowed to speak to the media.
