Framing Britney Spears shines a light on aspects of a culture of misogyny, dehumanizing celebrities, and shaming mental health. The documentary looks at what lead up to Britney ending up in the conservatorship but also points fingers at the industry and culture that created the situation. Since it aired there have been discussions, an apology (?) from Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson on the top of the charts.
