I was born September 29, 1959 with psychic ability. I think everyone has some. You can really not exist without it. Psychic ability is perception. Some people use these perceptions in different ways. I was very sensitive to emotional energy around me as a child. Although it was a beautiful building and still is, I went to the same elementary school and high school as my parents did. So there was a lot of time for the wonderful emotional energy of children to accumulate in the classrooms. I was also able to perceive spirits although I did not know what they were.

I thought everybody could see spirits. Evidently not. My teachers and parents were less than impressed. Reporting seeing people that were slightly translucent meaning that I could see through them did not go over well in elementary school. Years later, my mother told me that I would tell her things that would happen in the future. Not world events. Just little things.

I decided the best course of action was to simply shut up. I was not making any friends, the teachers were frightened of me which gave me no pleasure and I felt very alone. And so I just decided not to talk about it anymore. That seemed to be the answer. It was not long before I had many friends, and the teachers began to relax. It continued this way all through high school. I never really talked about the things that I saw. One of the ways that my psychic abilities came in handy in high school was that I always knew when trouble was coming. So you are doing things that we were not supposed to do right outside of the doors of our high school, I would get a 30 second warning which I would quickly relate to my fellow high school students, and hence we never got caught doing anything, or at least I did not.

New Biography Shows Celebrity Spoon Bender, Uri Geller, Secretly Worked for U.S. Intelligence Agencies 

This authorized biography of Uri Geller tells his life story and explores recent claims about his clandestine work with the CIA and the Israeli intelligence agency, the Mossad, during and after the Cold War. Geller is best-known for his Vegas-style act where he bends spoons, describes hidden drawings, and performs other paranormal feats.

Technology journalist and former Time magazine correspondent, Jonathan Margolis, worked alongside Geller and Oscar-winning filmmaker Vikram Jayanti on the book, to be published October 15th

Jayanti debuted a documentary at the Sheffield (UK) Film Festival commissioned by the BBC and entitled, The Secret Life of Uri Geller: Psychic Spy? Jayanti directed the Muhammad Ali documentary, When We Were Kings.

“Now there is the internet and the NSA's ability to monitor massive amounts of chatter around the world,” says Margolis. “40 years ago, however, intelligence agencies needed to explore way-out ways of monitoring the bad guys. The people I interviewed on-the-record for the book were adamant that Uri Geller wasn’t only able to gather secret information remotely and perform other espionage tasks, but was extremely good at it.”

Throughout his career, Uri Geller has courted controversy. He is known globally as an entertainer and friend of pop star, Michael Jackson, who was best man at the renewal of Geller’s wedding vows. He also made millions as a psychic adviser to the oil industry, but as a paranormalist was humiliated in a 1974 appearance on ‘The Tonight Show’ with Johnny Carson.

And yet there are photographs from 1987 of Geller together with Al Gore, Yuli M. Vorontsov, First Deputy Foreign Minister of the Soviet Union, and several other high ranking US officials at nuclear arms limitation talks between the U.S. and the Soviet Union. What was Geller doing in these pictures? Margolis brings proof that Geller was there at the invitation of the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations committee to influence Vorontsov‘s to sign the treaty.

There is also new testimony from a living senior former CIA official and others who worked for the Agency confirming that Geller was exhaustively laboratory tested on behalf of the CIA, and was used as an intelligence asset of the CIA and Defense Intelligence Agency – and that under President Carter’s presidency, using psychics in intelligence matters was known about and accepted at the White House.

Joshua P. Warren was born and raised in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. At the age of 13, he wrote his first published book. Since then, he has published dozens more, including the regional best-seller, Haunted Asheville, Simon and Schuster's How to Hunt Ghosts, and his 2015 best-seller, Use the Force: A Jedi's Guide to the Law of Attraction, and is the president of his multimedia productions company, Shadowbox Enterprises, LLC.

The Principle is a 2014 American independent film produced by Rick DeLano and Robert Sungenis. It rejects the Copernican principle and supports the long-superseded notion and pseudoscientific principle that Earth is at the center of the Universe. The film is narrated by Kate Mulgrew and features scientists such as Lawrence M. Krauss and Michio Kaku. Mulgrew and scientists who were interviewed in the film have repudiated the ideas advocated in the film and stated that their involvement was the result of being misled by the filmmaker

The film was criticized by some of the interviewed physicists, who say they were misled into appearing in the film, claiming that the documentary makes an invalid philosophical assumption that defining physical relationships among objects in space, one way or another, necessarily must limit what one can say about the relationship between God and humanity in theology, and treats science as a belief system dealing with the same matters as religion. The movie rejects the scientific consensus that the Earth orbits the sun, and distorts other apects of the actual Copernican principle.

Following the release of the film's trailer, narrator Kate Mulgrew said that she was misinformed about the purpose of the documentary and that Sungenis' involvement, which would have been a dealbreaker had she been hitherto aware, was not disclosed to her. Max Tegmark explained that DeLano "cleverly tricked a whole bunch of us scientists into thinking that they were independent filmmakers doing an ordinary cosmology documentary, without mentioning anything about their hidden agenda." George Ellis corroborated. "I was interviewed for it but they did not disclose this agenda, which of course is nonsense. I don't think it's worth responding to -- it just gives them publicity. To ignore is the best policy. But for the record, I totally disavow that silly agenda."

Michio Kaku said that the film was probably using "clever editing" of his statements and bordered on "intellectual dishonesty", and Lawrence Krauss said he had no recollection of being interviewed for the film and would have refused to be in it if he had known more about it. British physicist Julian Barbour said that he never gave permission to be in the film.

The filmmakers responded to these allegations in a short documentary, Thought-Crime: The Conspiracy to Stop "The Principle".
