In those moments that don’t line up with the Reality of Jesus, we can return to a rumination on The Truth. There is a Greater Reality than what we’ve often perceived or walked in. When we know there is a greater reality, we can rest in that, and our minds begin to get renewed to that, and the more we are awakened to that objective reality, the more the subjective reality begins to be transformed like Play-Doh around it. It’s as easy as any moment realizing it’s true, all by the power of the Holy Spirit. You’re not a victim or stuck to any subjective reality at any moment. When you’re staring at Jesus instead of yourself, no issues can remain. All that can remain is what Jesus is experiencing, feeling, tasting, what He knows to be true. “Objective v Subjective” is how you explain contradictions in your personal life experience and how you get out of them and it’s how you explain seeming contradictions in scriptures and how you process through them to find a healthy way. It’s Jesus!

Our series on Mystic Truth Therapy continues with part three.

The gospel (the embrace of the Trinity) is the ultimate therapy.

The only thing that brings true freedom is the Truth. It's not about writing off the culture revelations of the day but they must be viewed in this context. We're not saying ignore "facts", they may help you, but what "works" is being aware of something greater. We are drinking from Reality that never changes: I’m in paradise. I'm not waiting for heaven after I die. The whole world has been made perfect. I'm a new creation. The old is gone. The new has come. The fall is over. Jesus fell with us and transformed everything.

This week is a continuation of last week's series "Mystic Truth Therapy". So many beautiful things were shared by many beautiful friends.

We reminisced on how every negative thing in the world is rooted in a lie somewhere because Jesus took care of every negative thing at the cross. The good news is it doesn’t depend on us to convince ourselves or address every lie. Mystic Truth therapy is merely remembering the truth, which is Holy Spirt's primary job, to lead us into all truth, and those thoughts get taken captive. It is more than possible for our emotions to stay happy and healthy constantly and consistently!

A favorite meditation to ponder is: "God is good. I am good. The whole world is good."

Continuing in the Grace Discipleship series, this week we discussed how directing people back to the Gospel of Grace is the primary aim of discipleship. Then being led by the Holy Spirit into other secondary outflows of that. We discussed how discipleship is in conversation with the Trinity. We discussed how seeing Jesus as a Lord that lays His life down, from a place of family, rather than a hierarchy looking for control is a big deal!
