Ep31: Retraining Positions

This week, we're looking at retraining positions, a familiar topic of conversation amongst FMers as the years go by. When gaps begin to appear in a team, finding a player to fill them is not always straightforward. What may seem to be a logical choice may not be a seamless fit. Even in the Transfer Market, finding a fit may be unrealistic/unachievable. It could even be there’s a player in your squad who you don’t want to lose, but keeping them in their prime position/role is becoming less & less effective. The answer to these questions could come in the shapes of square pegs, malleable enough to fill the square hole.
