A second American has plead guilty to two counts of ammunition possession in the island nation of Turks and Caicos after authorities found two bullets in his luggage. The Virginia man, Tyler Wennrich, became the fifth American since February to be detained and charged under a law in the country that imposes a 12-year minimum jail sentence for possession of ammunition. A Congressional delegation traveled to Turks and Caicos last week and spoke to officials there about the Americans detained by the harsh law.
