Florida's West Coast is bracing for the impact of Hurricane Milton which may have been downgraded to a Category 4 hurricane but has all officials and residents very worried. The greatest fear, besides high winds, is a possible new record storm surge which could reach fifteen feet high. Milton is expected to make landfall near Tampa Bay late Wednesday or very early Thursday.
