Three men have been tracked down and arrested in Arizona in connection with the violent beating of New York City police officers in Times Square. Also, on Tuesday, a grand jury indicted one of the suspects in the attack. Meanwhile, in comments not made before in other controversial criminal cases, Governor Hochel seems to have made a swipe at NYC DA Alvin Bragg for letting the suspects go without bail.
