Today's episode is all about the first two loaves of sourdough bread I've baked, along with some of the things I've used my sourdough discard for. I talk about all the struggles I am having with my Sourdough starter, and my plans at the moment to make it stronger. Hopefully later this year I will have more successes and can do part 2 of this series.
