- cabbage roll casserole
- apple, kohlrabi and radish slaw

CURRYWURST SAUCE
- 1 cup of Tomato Ketchup
- 4 – 5 teaspoons of Curry Powder
- 2 teaspoons of Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper
- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 tablespoons of Beef Broth
TOMATO BISQUE
- 6 cans of diced tomatoes
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 large vidalia onion
- 1 large leek
- 2 sticks of butter
- 3 large carrots (or pumpkin/squash)
