Yes, you've read that right! Tetris!! And just as a disclaimer, this is not medical advice, but it is a useful tool to prevent visual flashbacks from being created in the future.
And in today's episode, I'll tell you why and how effective it is. I also teach this technique to my students whenever they are triggered by dating burnout and other traumatic events.
