Does Israel have a plan for fighting on multiple fronts?

Almost a year into its war on Gaza, Israel is fighting on multiple fronts. So far, it doesn't seem to have achieved any of its stated war goals. Does the military have a clear plan? Or is it solely intent on degrading its enemies' capabilities?
