When you set a goal, you're using the conscious part of your brain, which is about 2 to 3% of your brain is your conscious brain. The rest of your brain is the non conscious] part. You set goals with the conscious part of the brain, but you achieve them with the non conscious part. How do you change your deeply ingrained thinking? These 7 steps are nonlinear because you have to you take an inspired action. You have to believe new things. Sometimes, you may have to modify your goals, not to lessen them but to pivot or learn different skills to get to where you need to go. But most importantluy if you have to continue to recommit.
