In this first episode I give you a deep introduction to Talent Intelligence, and AI-based solution that is starting to replace traditional HR systems. While the big vendors (SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow) are trying to enter this market, the hottest vendors are what I call second generation AI vendors. These include vendors like Eightfold, Gloat, Beamery, Seekout, Phenom, Skyhive, Fuel 50, with newer offerings coming from Cornerstone, iCims, and emerging skills technology vendors like Techwolf, Retrain.ai, LinkedIn, Udemy, and soon Microsoft.
