Caring for not only ourselves but the relationship with our partners once we become parents is a real challenge. Joining us in this 3 part mini series is Women's Coach, Courtney Nolan. 12 months ago, Courtney was a Police Officer and she got to the point where she really wasn't able to help people in the way she craved. She decided she needed to find that special something that really did ignite her soul.
Fast forward to today and she is a successful Women's Coach. Courtney works with Women to overhaul their mindset. Her main passion is coaching Mums to work through their Mum Guilt and recover the Woman they are behind their Mum Uniform. She has a special passion for nourishing relationships and is currently studying Sex Coaching and Yoni Mapping to integrate a bodywork compenant into her skillset. Courtney adores empowering Women to understand their worth and break free from old thought patterns keeping them stuck.
She is a Mumma, has 3 boys (one of whom she is a step Mum to - so she understands step-parenting verrrrrry well).
After leaving a male-dominate industry, she has thoroughly enjoyed teaching other Women to accept and thrive within their feminine energy too.
Courtney is a real inspiration. She has transformed her own life and is beacon of energy and positivity for those around her and her insights really get you contemplating how you want to live your life.
