Nathan Maris - How A 80 Year Old Skier Made Me Go Raw!

In this episode we are joined by Nathan Maris, also known as RawNattyNate on Instagram.

Nate is a former medical assistant who started to learn more about a raw plant based diet when his mother was diagnosed with kidney cancer.

He was also pushed towards a raw diet through a fortuitous meeting with an 80 year old skier.

Nate has attended the Woodstock Fruit Festival, where he last year proposed to his partner Melissa Raimondi from Raw Food Romance.

Nate has also just started a company delivering salads to people in his home town.
