In the second episode of the season, we’re discussing all things motherhood and identity.

Motherhood is a great joy and a privilege, one which although a responsibility, is something that is precious. A lot of women who are considering becoming a parent are anxious about the impact it will have on their whole life, especially their identity. As we discuss this topic today, we look at the different challenges of motherhood, as well as how we can embrace the ebb and flow of the season. We look at how we energise different parts of ourselves so that we can show up as Mums, too.
