Having faith teaches us to give our worries to God through prayer. While we trust God with our problems and believe He is working for our healing and benefit, therapy can also help us in ways that are practical and immediate. However, there can still be a stigma attached to therapy in some faith and cultural circles. As women who want to develop and better ourselves, we know this is an important conversation to have in our community. Listen in as our hosts, Ruth and Rachel, discuss their experience of blending therapy and faith, and how therapy can be used not as a replacement for faith, but in addition to it.
