Today's episode made me laugh, cry, and really think about how I live life every day. I had the absolute honor of interviewing Kacy Wolff who shared her story about losing her husband, Matt, after 21 years of marriage to brain cancer- all while raising five children who at the time ranged in age from preschool to high school. Kacy's story is heart-breaking, of course, and yet inspiring at the same time. Her rawness and vulnerability lead to an episode that is FULL of advice that can help others going through challenging times. I left this interview with a whole new perspective on how I was living my day-to-day. I am so excited for you all to listen to this one, and I can't wait to hear you it changes YOUR lives.
Also, Kacy has been so very kind to say that if anyone needs someone to talk to about a dying spouse or grieving, she would be happy to meet with you. Please feel free to reach out to me if this is you.
Another resource she wanted to share with listeners is https://soaringspirits.org. This is also who hosted the widow's camp/conference mentioned in the episode.
