Maelstroms That Broke Stygia - Wraith The Oblivion

In Stygia, time is measured not in hours, days or years. Its measured by  the major maelstroms that reshape the Shadowlands. Storms are a common  event but only the major or great storms go into the history books.  These evens have also spilled over into the World of Darkness as a  whole, shaping other important characters and how they defined the  world.
