Malkavian Clan And The Madness Network - VtM

The Mlkavian Clan at first glance can look rather strange, and often  times clinically insane. If you scratch the surface though, you would be  able to see the Malkavian is much more then their outward appearance.  The entire clan has access to a specialized psychic network called the  Madness Network or the Weavery. Some of the clan are even able to  harness the power of their insanity with specific vampire disciplines.
