Neutral Private Army - The Stewards

The Stewards are a major force in the Pact Worlds. They are a private  army that is very difficult to bribe or corrupt in anyway due to their  strict neutrality. The honor and uphold the law not just as its written  but also as the laws were intended, or the spirit of the law. The  Stewards have a rich history throughout the Starfinder universe and even  before the Gap.
