Life As A Modern Day Shaman With Candace Kunz

In this episode Shaman Candace Kunze shares her experience stepping into her spiritual gifts. 

Candace is a Medicine Woman, Thought Leader, Author, Teacher and Co-founder of The Modern Sages. She hopes to bring insights into what it means to be a Spirit having a human experience, approaching health and wellness from a multidimensional approach.


Candace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, and became an Elementary Teacher through the Alternative Routes to Licensure Program from Utah State. Besides co-authoring three children’s books, she has taught several classes, as well as Retreats around the greater Salt Lake City and Los Angeles area. Classes and Retreats included Reiki 1-Master Level, Meditation and Journey work, How to understand Soul Contracts through the Tarot, Levels 1-3 Tarot, Shamanism, Sacred Dance, Explorations into Gifts of Spirit, Vegan/Raw food preparation and more.
Candace’s passion is to relieve suffering, by shifting humanity’s perspective on their relationship to life, and what it means to be Human BE-ing in the Aquarian Age.
 
I have always been extremely “sensitive”, seeing and feeling Spirit since I was very little. I always somehow knew what people were going through, without anyone telling me. Many times this sensitivity felt more like a curse, than a blessing, because had a hard time distinguishing between what was my feelings, and what was someone else’s.
 
Over the last 25 years, I have transcended these human experiences.  I have come to a place of understanding my gifts, and come to true peace, no matter what is happening in my life.
 
I did this by shifting my perception, healing my relationship to life, as well as coming into remembrance of who I truly am. I have become the “hero” of my own journey through faith and the healing path of a Medicine Woman. The journey has not been easy, but it has been ultimately beautiful and empowering. In truth, if I can do it, so can you!
