What Is Sexual Energy Really?

In this episode we explore what sexual energy really is. As we explore life force energy that is all around us we can come to understand that our sexualty is an extension of that life force energy. This Life force energy exists in all living things and keeps them alive. There is nothing unholy about being human, sexuality is a part of this human journey. We are coming into a time where this energy is being expressed more than ever. As always, when there is a swing in energy, it can go one way to another. We share ways of being that life forces energy into balance. Giving us space to connect within and honor all aspects of this human experience.
