The Modern Sages: Embrace The Medicine Within
In this podcast we talk about a multi-dimensional being. We compare this to four legs of a table. Each leg of the table represents ourselves as physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. As we bring these into balance we find a more abundant and heart centered life. Finding balance in all legs keeps the table sturdy.
In the podcast we talk about all four elements. In the mental aspect, we reflect on how much of the concepts and beliefs are directing our beliefs as opposed to our heart. If we don’t bring the physical aspect into balance, it becomes a mass distraction. We start over identifying with our bodies instead of staying connected to the remembrance of who we really are.
We need to bring the emotional aspect into balance is because emotions are like paint on a canvas, they bring color to our lives. If we’re always avoiding how we feel, it’s like spreading grey over the landscape , avoiding the color and dimension. We become indifferent and numb to life. Bringing our spiritual aspect into balance is like coming home. This is the remembrance of who you really are, that which is eternal.
We are multi-dimensional being. There’s a major shift that happens when you shift from your head to your heart. Honoring this journey of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual is the gateway to living a heart centered life.
