Ep 57 with Tom Blomqvist AND Christian Silk (NIO 333 Formula E)

Today, we bring you a double whammy and it was LOADS of fun to record.

Not one guest but two! The first Tom Blomqvist, a rapidly rising star of the track, born in the UK before moving to New Zealand, he’s the son of the legendary rally star Stig Blomqvist….his decorated career has taken him all over the world competing in the likes of FIA Formula 3, DTM, endurance racing and sportscars, and the incredible Bathurst 12 hr race. This year, after cutting his teeth with Andretti and Jaguar Racing, he’s now a full blown Formula E racer for NIO 333 Racing and his boss is happily our second interviewee, Mr. Christian Silk, Christian joined NIO at the start of Season 3 to lead the Race and Test Engineering Department, following many years in Formula One where he enjoyed roles with the likes of Renault, Marussia and Williams. He now is the all important Team Principal at the Chinese Formula E outfit, it’s our pleasure to have them both join us!
