The Last of Us Part 1 PS5 Review (PlayStation 5 Remake)

Daniel, Shahbaz, & Anthony review THE LAST OF US PART I for PlayStation 5 from Naughty Dog and Sony Interactive Entertainment. Directed by Bruce Straley and Neil Druckmann, The Last of Us originally released in 2013 and is the winner of over 200 Game of the Year awards. The Last of Us Part I for PS5 is completely rebuilt using Naughty Dog’s latest engine technology with advanced visual fidelity, fully integrated DualSense wireless controller features and more. It is a total overhaul of the original experience, faithfully reproduced but incorporating modernized gameplay mechanics, improved controls and expanded accessibility options. The celebrated prequel chapter LEFT BEHIND which explores the events that changed the lives of Ellie and her best friend Riley forever is also included. The Last of Us Part I releases on PS5 September 2, 2022 with a PC version in development.
