Feeling unsupported and misunderstood during the grieving process when you have lost a child early or experienced a stillbirth can be an incredibly painful experience. Joining us today to talk through navigating grief, getting therapy and supporting others going through it is Dr Kara Davey, who is a trauma, infertility and baby loss specialist, who also has lived experience of baby loss. She is the founder of ‘Kara Clinical Psychologist in Sussex’ and is an award-winning Clinical Psychologist and Coach accredited with the British Psychological Society, Health Care Professions Council and the EMDR Association.
